They told me the item wasn’t in stock, couldn’t be ordered, and they had no idea when (or if) it would be available again — it felt dismissive.
In the end, I ended up paying nearly ¥40,000 for something that had clearly been handled by others, which made me uncomfortable, especially during the pandemic.
If special orders aren’t possible, I wish they would have at least told me that before I made my decision.
This store is located on the 1st floor of Lumine Ikebukuro, directly connected to the West Exit of Ikebukuro Station, making it very convenient to access.
The products have a strong emphasis on the natural look and feel of the leather, so they don’t necessarily give off a luxury vibe at first glance.
